Welcome

On behalf of the Delta Omega Foundation, Inc. (DOFI), I would like to welcome you to our Foundation website. The DOFI is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization, established in 2011 for the expressed purposes of providing contributions for charitable, educational, and scientific purposes, including the making of distributions to organizations that qualify under section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Our geographic focus is on charitable programs, services, and scholarships for Virginia’s Tri-Cities of Hopewell, Petersburg, Colonial Heights, and the counties of Chesterfield, Dinwiddie, and Prince George. We establish our annual meeting schedule in July, and meet quarterly in October, January, April and July.

What We Do

We support many worthy charitable programs through our service, funds and grants to include but not limit to:

·       The Male Protégé Program (TMPP)

·       Youth Academy for at Risk Kids Fund

·       Disable Veterans Support Fund

·       Thanksgiving Holiday Food Drive Fund

·       Christmas Holiday Food Drive Fund

·       Christmas Bicycles for Kids Program Fund

·       Stop Domestic Violence Education Fund

·       Talent Hunt “Encouraging Excellence in the Arts

·       African American History Month

·       Tri-City Scholarships for graduating seniors across the Virginia Tri-Cities

·       The Male Protégé Program (TMPP) Scholarships

·       College endowment Fund

·       Virginia State University Endowment

·       NAACP

·       Diabetes Association

·       Annual Salvation Army Drive

·       St. Judes Children’s Hospital

As you can see we support many charitable programs annually in our Community.  This would not be possible without your continued support of our fundraisers.  Your support of our fundraisers is your direct link to helping us make a difference!
